Shipping

In-stock items typically ship within 7-14 business days. Some items may ship directly from manufacturers and can take 6-8 weeks or longer, as noted in the product description. Custom upholstery lead times may vary based on frame and fabric availability. To check lead times prior to placing your order, please email hello@oiandd.com. If an item is back ordered, we’ll notify you with updates on its shipping status.

Returns & Refunds

Returns for in-stock items are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
All returned items must be in original condition. Be sure to retain all original packaging.
All returns must be preauthorized and be assigned a RMA code.

All returns must be received within 14 days of being assigned a RMA code.
Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your purchase included Free Shipping, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus actual shipping charges.

Sale items, custom orders, and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns will be returned and shipping charges will be charged to your credit card. Items received used will be considered unauthorized and will be returned to customer and your credit card will be charged for incurred return shipping fees. Oiandd.com reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return.
